Physio Story
2 days before 14th of August 2017 (the day when xPM hit the boy to death) I was in a hospital ward as an attendant. Not a single medical specialist nor even medical officer expect two members of nursing staff were present there because of Young doctors Association (YDA) strike for their rights and public interest. A patient fall in some serious condition. I rush to him to provide first aid and life saving hacks before nursing staff. I was not on duty i.e not responsible for his condition But being a doctor i wasn't able to fend myself to do so because we belong to a noble proffesion, we care about public health, we value life thats why We stay on duty 24/7 with out any seduction. Self satisfaction and Public appreciation is enough to give us courage.
I just want to say that we spend our youth, we spend our money, we work hard day and night only to serve others. The government should take care of his people.They need to be serious about our services, that they are not doing.
YDA is not on roads or strike for pay scales and protocol etc... Before your dirty politics pay some attention to YDA demands for public interest ,help them out and support them to improve quality health in government sectors.

Namaz and Physiotherapy
Islam is a complete code of life and this aspect makes it much better of other religions. Even though Islam teaches us good conduct, good deeds and ways of worship for success in the last life, it also encourages us to live the best worldly life. The reason why Islamic teachings and worship play an important role is not only spiritual but physical development. It is our religious duty to take care of our health.
Physical Therapy aims to restore and improve physical health. It is necessary for the body to be taken into action as well.
"Stand up and pray, and if you can not, then sit down and if you do not do like this, then pray while you are lying." (bukhari)
1-Standing (Qayam) : Leaving the shoulder loose in the condition of Qayam, all the weight of the body moves on equally on feet. This process has been helpful in maintaining good posture.
2-Bowing (Ruku) : In this position when there is a slight stretch in back muscles and shank. This reduce pain back especially the lower back pain, is considered to be the best exercise for this purpose.
3-Prostrate (Sajada) : In this case when the forehead is on ground and knee bites towards the chest i.e knee to chest position.This is one the highly recommended exercise for low back pain. It is helpful in pain managment for back and neck muscles. And while arising from the Sajada, the shoulder is the means of balance and strength results in shoulder stability and strengthning. The position is also good for persistence and stable blood flow.
"Prayerer is closer to your Lord in case of Sajada." (bukhari)
5-Salam: At the end of the prayer, when the head turns away, the exercise causes salvation from neck pain, as well as maintaining the range of motion and neck stability.
Other Benefits:
The process of praying prayer for five times a day that require ten minutes for each one fulfills the need for our daily exercise need. It also keeps us healthy in both physically and mental approach. It makes fluid flow better, and this exercise release body's natural pain medication, "Endorphins", which gives a positive feeling of pain reduction and improvement. This is because muscle tension prevents hormone like adrenaline. Muscular System remains active. Heart rate , blood pressure remains normal and hence, one can easily get rid of tension and stress.
Prayer is a practical worship of a religion that is healing for the soul, heart, mind and body. Medical research is compelled to perform the best exercise in the prayer today , while the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) about 1400 years ago said clearly:
Indeed Salah (Namaz) is a best exercise.

Medical or Business
Being a doctor! we should know our ethical duties and should follow ethical values. When one chose medical as a profession it means he/she is of kind nature and have a soft heart. We should know our responsibilities. One must know that we have to perform duty 24/7 with no boundaries and without any discrimination of race and religion.
Being Professional! Earning money doesn't mean that we have to get profit from patient's compulsion. Doctors become an only hope when the patient is in distress.

Some professionals with their non-professional attitude put their profession, sincerity, image and oath in making money. They even auction their conscience.
Doctors have an ethical duty to follow the practices and standards of care. Doctors must understand responsibility better than privilege and practice accountability better than business.
Win your trust.Keep your moral high. Prove that you belong to a Noble Profession.

Make new friends | But keep the old
How to make friends??
Here are some Simplest tips to make new friends.
Having a healthy friend zone is always good for you. Being friendly or making good friends is also a good habit. It's true that your friends directly or indirectly affects your personality.
If you are not friendly by nature, just don't worry and adopt some healthy habits.
Say Salam !
Many of us are so shy that they even not able to start conversation. Saying Salam is a simplest but decent and civilized way to call someone who is known or even unknown to you. After getting answer from other side you can go for further conversation easily.
Don't be shy, Say Salam! It's sunnah :)
Do not judge quickly!
While meeting new friends, don't judge them earlier from their look, mental or physical condition because they might having bad days. If they are in trouble, help them out it's will ne good for your friendship.
Be open minded and stay positive.
General Talks!
If you are not getting any topic to start your conversation with your new friends. Talk about weather, School/college, their area of interest, clothes, hobbies, daily routine etc.. It be helpful for you for further commumication.
Be adventurus!
Doing new things, tasks and team work will surely increase your friend zone. Traviling is a much better way to come close to other people.
So, Stay active and out of bed.
Seek knowledge!
There is common problem while making friends that we are not often even known to those things/issues which is a point interest or part of his job for one we wanna do friendahip with. So, gain knowledge about different things. You may not require any degree for it, it could be some general information for number of topics.
Adopt book reading! It's is a good habit.
Keep Smiling!
I personally like smiling habit. You could get attraction from smiling. Everybody wants to meet with happy persons. Smile is charming. It will creat a comfortable environment with you and will make your meeting memorable. I often couldn't forget smiling faces in my life.

Blue Whale Game | the Game of Death
Blue Whale Game in Real Life
Blue Whale Game ask their participants to complete tasks related to their real life that eventually ends up with final task of suicide through Jumping off a building. Thats why it is also known as suicide game.
It is based on human psychology created by a young student " Phillip Budeikin" of Psychology departmemt. Reports claimed that Phillip Budiekin himself was suffering from mental disorder.
Game was first launched in 2013.
Till date different resources claimed death of almost 150 people round the world. There are number of people who are missing while performing final tasks assigned by Blue Whale operaters.
Blue Whale Investigators linked its origin with some aluminati organizations.
Philipp Budeikin was sentenced to three years in prison. He is not guilty of what he has done or he is doing.

Physical Activity for Life
Physical activity for life:
Life is a name of movement. Where there is no movement, there is no life. Movement or physical activity depends upon physical health and fitness. That’s why physical activity is a base line of life line. Physical activity does not mean whole day workout.
As Benjamin Franklin said!
“Early to bed and early to rise, makes a men healthy, wealthy and wise”
is enough to elaborate the proper way of healthy life that is physical activity must be followed by proper rest or relaxed mind.
8Th September is observed as Physical therapy day round the world. Physical therapy is basically a way of treatment by means of physical activities and exercises.
In this era! Where robots are replacing labours and computers are overtaking mental approach. Moreover! modern world is adoring ways of ease and comfort. In this state physical activities are going to be reduced day by day results in unhealthy and disturbed lifestyle. Hence the physical activity and exercise is emerging in way of physical therapy. In this critical situation, need of the hour is daily physical exercise of almost 20 mints by average of 150 mints weekly as per experts advise. It will surely results in healthy physique and sharp mind.
According to a research conducted on world’s top politicians and successful businesspersons in order to summarize their similar habits. It was surprisingly found that they are early risers and beside other healthy activities physical exercise was one of their common habit.
In Pakistan! A well renowned opposition leader is a sportsman turned politician. He has got his position in politics with in no time of political arena. He is famous as youth leader often seen encouraging youth by doing different physical exercises like push ups and jogging in public. No doubt, being physically fit and having fresh mind is a plus point in his career. Moreover Celebrates/actors round the world are found much conscious about their health and fitness. Regular physical training and workout is a reason behind their mesmerizing stunts in different roles.
Above all these examples, Being Muslim! Our Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBHU) placed great emphasis on physical religious activities like Namaz and Hajj and physical sports such as horse riding to encourage his followers.
Digital technology, mobile phones, mac books, internet services, video games, social media apps and other modern life hacks are obviously a part of fashion and somehow a need for daily living but adapting them as top priority and providing them protocol on price of our health is totally unfair and injustice. Slogan on world physical therapy day by physiotherapists throughout the world i.e. "Physical activity for life" is a reminder call for senior citizens and to encourage young nation to adopt healthy physical activities to achieve healthy, confident, sharp and mind blowing personality.
As it is said!
"A sound body has a sound mind"
So being physically active is a simple formula and a key concept behind healthy living.
